A leading global data and content provider contracted with the Pharmaceutical Institute to provide a hosted e-learning training solution for its 450-member healthcare and life sciences division.  The client licensed the Understanding Pharma e-courses and made it a mandatory part of the professional development program for the whole division.  As part of the hosted solution, we also manage user account creation and maintenance, provide customer support, and develop custom quarterly reports—broken down by department—on course utilization, individual progress, and test scores. The courses are now considered an essential part of their professional development curriculum, and the client holds lunch-time training sessions to reinforce key learnings.
 

Client 2:  Top Three Global Pharmaceutical Company

A top three global pharmaceutical company licensed the Understanding Pharma e-courses for its entire research and development organization—more than 5,000 employees.  Our courses, built to industry e-learning standards, were easily loaded on the client’s existing learning management system.  Following course rollout, we conducted a survey of all e-course users to assess the value of the training resources.  Their course ratings were extremely favorable.  As a result, the company recently expanded utilization of the courses to its entire sales force and commercial operations.

The health and life sciences division of a “top four” global management company licensed the Understanding Pharma e-courses as part of the professional development program for their entire team of 300+ consultants across the world.  We also provided the e-learning infrastructure needed to disseminate this learning across the globe, including managing user account creation and maintenance; providing customer support; and developing custom quarterly reports, broken down by country and region, on course utilization, individual progress, and test scores.  The client also purchased the Understanding Pharma book for all of its employees as a supplemental reference.
